Procedures

* Town Hall meetings are conducted every month so all players may publicly raise concerns and have them addressed. In addition, the forums also provide constant feedback between sim staff and players. Finally, players may ALWAYS approach ANY member of sim staff with concerns, issues, and the like. Notes of GM meetings are also provided (sans sensitive information) after each meeting to provide further transparency.

* Every member's voice shall be heard. This is a democratic republic. As per the Constitution, there is an open door policy where any member may make his/her grievances openly known and addressed. Communication is an essential aspect of our sim.

* All senior staff are expected to adhere to the highest standards of personal integrity, and lead by example in terms of personal accountability and behaviour.
